Chronicle of the Artist

Six Decades of Hand-Drawn Devotion

I have been creating for over 64 years - since the days I used to draw and color in school notebooks and on found scraps of paper.  Art has always been an essential part of how I see the world.  My creative path has been shaped not by formal academic training, but by lived experience, acute observation and an innate drive to create.  With a massive archive spanning over 5,000 hand-drawn original illustrations, every piece represents a lifetime of technical refinement and artistic discovery.

"My art is where memory, spirit and expression come together in an ongoing dialogue with the viewer."

A Fusion of Heritage: Polish Roots & Southwest Soil

My heritage is tied to polish roots.  The intricate geometric symbols used in traditional Eastern European embroidery and lace tatting were passed down directly to my mother, forming my earliest visual memories.

Today, my work draws from those profound childhood impressions.  I blend the flawless symmetry, rhythm and meticulous craft of Polish folk traditions with the sacred symbolism, vast landscapes and rich history of the American Southwest.  Working from y studio in Tucson, Arizona, I utilize bold lines, sacred forms and vibrant colors to explore the deep connections between land, culture and self.

An Invitation

Each piece I create comes from a purely intuitive place.  My work does not dictate a singular narrative; instead, it allows each individual to derive their own personal meaning from the patterns and shapes.  By sharing this expansive collection of original drawings, prints and wearable art, my ultimate intention is to provide others with a safe, reflective space to explore their own internal landscapes.
